I have gone to Capstone for my PT on two different injuries over the past 6 years. They are large enough to offer all the equipment and services needed in the PT world today, yet small enough to treat you as an individual. I use the location at SPIN and it is very clean. The techs and staff are welcoming & professional. I would highly recommend Capstone to anyone looking for personal attention with a plan designed to your individual needs.

Everyone at Capstone was super professional, knowledgeable and really listened to my feedback. I feel my injury recovery was accelerated through Capstone’s advice and the expertise of my Physical Therapist. The environment is ultra clean and spacious with many support equipment devices readily available. Excellent care here!

Mark and Capstone were an absolute game-changer for me. They proved instrumental in my journey from a nagging knee injury sustained during last year’s NYC marathon to achieving a sub-4 hour marathon milestone in Berlin this year. Mark’s diagnostic precision and customized rehabilitation plan ensured a pain-free training season. However, it’s Mark’s unwavering commitment and sports science knowledge that truly set him apart. Under his guidance, I not only conquered my injury, but also gained insights into injury prevention, enabling peak performance. Thanks to Mark, I achieved what once felt impossible. For those seeking a physical therapist who seamlessly blends expertise with genuine care, Capstone is a testament to his passion for making goals a reality.

I went to Capstone after having knee replacement surgery. Mark and his staff in Southampton and Philadelphia are very professional, and knowledgeable. At the same time, somehow they manage to make physical therapy enjoyable. I would highly recommend Capstone, and I would certainly go there should I need physical therapy again.

This is my third experience at Capstone over as many years. I’ve seen Mark for a serious fall, post knee replacement & most recently, for shoulder pain. I’m an active 71 y.o. who likes to move, and with Mark’s help, I intend to keep on moving! Mark is a true professional & compassionate person whose understanding of the kinetics of the human body is on a par, if not surpasses, some physicians I’ve encountered.

My husband and I are new to the Northeast and found ourselves in need of physical therapists. After a disappointing experience at another provider, we found Capstone. We are so glad we did. We always received personal service, and never felt rushed at Capstone. The entire staff was 5 star. If you're looking for personalized care - not a rushed physical therapy factory - look no further than Capstone.

Mark and the entire team were great. They were able to diagnose my sports injury and had an action plan ready in no time. It's so comforting to know that you're passionate experts in here. Would definitely recommend

Went to Capstone with some nerve pain in my left side hip radiating all the way to my foot. I went in thinking I'd have to make an appointment or even wait for insurance ok, but I was evaluated and received my first treatment that afternoon. My therapist Jacqueline put me on track with the right stretches and exercises at the facility and at home to get me feeling better with time and patience. Everyone here is personable, upbeat and experienced. My only regret was trying to work thru the pain and not going to them sooner.

Came in for lower back and glut pain. Received amazing treatment that helped improve my situation drastically. Their customer service is immaculate. They explained every step of the way and allowed plenty of opportunities to ask questions. Love this place. I definitely recommend giving them a shot.

Capstone Physical Therapy & Fitness helps patients with a range of orthopedic, neurological, work-related, and post-surgical conditions. Treatment may address pain, weakness, balance problems, mobility limitations, injuries, and difficulty returning to normal activities. Your physical therapist will evaluate your specific needs and develop an individualized treatment plan.
Pennsylvania allows qualifying physical therapists to provide treatment through direct access, which means a physician referral may not always be required to begin physical therapy. However, individual insurance plans may have their own referral or authorization requirements. Capstone can help you determine what applies before your first appointment.
Your first appointment typically includes a review of your symptoms, medical history, limitations, and goals, followed by a physical evaluation. Your therapist may assess areas such as strength, mobility, flexibility, balance, movement, and function depending on your condition. The findings are then used to develop an individualized treatment plan.
Capstone works with a variety of insurance plans. Coverage, copays, deductibles, referrals, authorizations, and visit limits can vary by plan, so patients should verify their individual benefits before beginning treatment. Capstone’s office can help you understand the insurance information needed for your care.
Capstone has physical therapy locations in Northeast Philadelphia, Southampton, and Morrisville, Pennsylvania. Patients from surrounding communities can contact Capstone to determine which office is most convenient for their needs.
